As a psychotherapist and mom of two little kids (with #3 on the way), I know how frustrating it feels when you need to spend hours every night trying to get your child to sleep. Or, no matter what you do, bedtime ends up being filled with tears (both your child’s and yours).
A few years ago, I was pregnant with a toddler at home. No matter what I tried, my toddler wasn’t sleeping. My husband was away on business trips often, and I was left alone to cope with bedtime tantrums, coming out of bed, and what felt like endless struggles at bedtime.
